Real Estate Rockwell Course 
To sell real estate in Washington, you need a real estate salesperson's license. A salesperson's license authorizes you to sell real estate under the supervision of a real estate broker.
Before you can take the license exam, you have to complete a course known as Fundamentals of Washington Real Estate.
